Workshops
So far, I’ve facilitated three workshops as a volunteer in my community: a pinch pot class for the public school system’s summer program and two crafts workshops with my wonderful girlfriend, Penny, at the local library. Here are some photos! More to be posted soon.
kids experimenting with texture and image improv with the nature painting project
Helping with the nature project, providing a chance to freely experiment with and improvise the process of making something new while exploring texture, color and sensation. No brushes are provided, instead a pile of enticing and interesting pieces of local fauna. Here’s some paint and some techniques you could try (like stamping and mirroring) but what new ones can you come up with?
